There’s no doubt, boys do lie. Let’s face it, men provide women with a lot of excuses. We don’t have to be deceived by boys dishonesties, we all deserve someone who loves us as much as we love them, a life that is so beautiful that we cannot tell if we’re awake or still in bed dreaming, and someone who doesn’t so much as put one foot out the door because they know we aren’t the person to walk away from. This will be the person who sticks around through thick and thin because they want to, not because they have to. Here are the top 7 common lies of boys.
1. “I’ll never make you cry.”
Is making a girl cry are boys hobby nowadays, especially in relationship? Don’t ever stay with a guy who makes you cry because the one who is, won’t make you cry. You deserve someone who doesn’t make you cry, at least on purpose, because you are human and you feel deeply and love passionately, and when one teardrop falls there may be a thousand more, but you are not alone.
2. “It’ll never happen again, I promise”
It is forgivable to make mistakes, but to stand fast behind a wall of self-righteousness and make the same mistake twice is not forgivable. He makes promises he doesn’t keep: Because you’re not that important to him and he doesn’t care enough about you if you’ll leave. The one who loves you; even though they hurt you are the one who still holds you, wiping away your tears and kissing your damp cheeks although you whisper for them to stop.
3. “I won’t let you go.”
Love has nothing to do with it and a woman needs to be honest with herself. As a woman you have to trust your intuition more because rarely does a woman not know the answer deep inside. She should not continue to feed herself a lie due to her fear of a failed relationship and being alone. That man can and will say whatever is necessary to keep his benefits going but GOD will only tell you to do what is beneficial for you. Don’t keep telling yourself and others that “he won’t let me go”, because the real issue to consider is why do you continue to allow him to stay.
4. “I love you, you’re the only one.”
He doesn’t love you. He just said he did. Sometimes boys say “I love you” because they know you want them to say it. When they do this, they’re usually not really thinking… they’re just throwing the phrase around because they think they should or that they have to. This is usually a huge sign that this person is a coward.
5. “You and me forever.”
Forever? Don’t believe it, especially when his actions don’t match his words. He’s a player and he’s playing you via mental manipulation. He’s telling you what he thinks you want to hear – and then doing whatever the hell he wants. And in the end, he’ll leave you hanging.
6. “I’ll call you.”
He doesn’t call you when he says he will. If this happens more than once or twice, it’s a sure sign that you’re just not a priority for him right now. If a guy is really interested in starting (or continuing) a real relationship with you, you will be on his mind, and he won’t forget to call.
7. “I trust you.”
He said he trusts you but deep inside, he doesn’t. Truthfully? Sometimes there is no real, deeper meaning behind his lie. He might just be immature, mean and a total player. It happens and that means he’s totally not worth your time.
